A memorial of an indented deed bearing date the 22nd day of April 1817 made
between Madison Wall Fisher of Castlegrogan in the Queens County Esq. of the
one part and Mary Gilburne of Mountrath in the same coy. widow of the other part
reciting that by deed of settlement made and exec'd on the marriage of Maddison Wall
Fisher with Miss Phebe Roe ows Fisher his wife whereby the said Maddison Wall
Fisher is entitled to the yearly rent of ₤100 stg payable of and charged and chargeable
upon the lands of Knocka in said settlement ?parly? ment'd and that the said yearly
rent or ??? of ₤100 is legally vested in the sd Maddison Wall Fisher party
thereto said ind're witnesseth that for and in cons'n of the natural love and
affection which the said Maddison Wall Fisher had for his wife and children
(sd children all infants under the age of 21 years) and also in cons'n of ??? ₤19 therein
ment'd the said Maddison Wall Fisher did ass'n transfer and make over unto the said
Mary Gilburne for the term of her natural life the sd ann'y yearly rent or sum of £100
??? payable of said lands of Knocka and all his right title and just thereto in as full
ample manner as the same was & is vested in him and in ?Gly? s deed of settlement upon trust
