Ormskirk 14/3/1806. Son of Ralph Balshaw and Betty, of Ormskirk.
Perhaps he was the cousin of our Thomas Balshaw.
A Thomas Balshaw married Elizabeth Goodall at Sandbach on 17/1/1837. (There may be no connection.).
