Bearded Tit

A PALLAS'S WARBLER was at Kessingland sewage works on the 25th, and the YELLOW-BROWED WARBLER that had been trapped and ringed there on the 24th was still present on the 25th and 26th.
 
Seven WHOOPER SWANS were at Carlton Marshes on the 22nd and 23rd.

Up to 23 WAXWINGS were in the  to Westhall Road/Weston Road area of Lowestoft on the 21st, with 18 still preset in the area on the 24th.

A flock of seven were in trees in the car park at North Quay Retail Park in Lowestoft on the 14th and 15th, reducing to six on the 16th.

Coney Hill/Ellough Road, Beccles - 16th (3), 17th (3), 18th (4), 19th (4).
Weston Road/Crestview Drive/Wissett Way area - 17th (6), 18th (7), 19th (20), 20th (15), 21st (23), 23rd (20), 24th (18).

On the 21st a flock of 20 was seen near the police station and crown meadow football ground in central Lowestoft, presumably the Gunton flock wandering.

"EASTERN" LESSER WHITETHROAT Sylvia curruca
A very sandy brown individual was along Warren Road, Hopton on the 10th. It appears to be closest to the halimodendri race, Desert Lesser Whitethroat.



YELLOW-BROWED WARBLER
Phylloscopus inornatus
One was trapped and ringed at Kessingland sewage works on the 24th, and was still present on the 25th and 26th. Primarily frequenting the northern hedgerow.



HUME'S LEAF WARBLER
Phylloscopus humei
One was found along Flycatcher Alley by the Denes Oval on the 9th and remained in the area until dusk.

Suspicions that two may have been present on the 9th were confirmed on the 10th when individuals were present at both ends of Flycatcher Alley at the same times on multiple occasions. The one at the northern end where the steps lead down from Marine Parade was more obliging than the one at the southern end.

PALLAS'S WARBLER
Phylloscopus proregulus
One was found accompanying a tit flock in Belle Vue Park on the 1st. It wandered to the adjacent Sparrows Nest Park for a while but later returned to Belle Vue and remained there until dusk.

One was trapped and ringed at Kessingland sewage works on the 9th, and was still present on the 10th.

One was with a mobile tit flock at Kessingland sewage works on the afternoon of the 25th and followed the flock along Marsh Lane and along the footpath towards the village car park.
