There are plans to build two houses with parking spaces next to the North end of Lime Tree Avenue, near the school. This means diverting the path so that it is nearer to the lime trees. I fear that this will make the entrance to this historic walk oppressively cramped and risk damaging the roots of the precious lime trees either directly or by denying them rainwater.
This application has been withdrawn, for the moment.
