Henry HILDER's parents were living at Rickman's farm in Horsted Keynes:

  • John (55) Farmer 42 acres, born in Burwash
  • Philadelphia (53) born in Rotherfield
  • Albert (15) on farm, born in Wadhurst
  • Horace (17) on farm, born in Wadhurst.

Henry would have been about 16-19 at the time of the census. [SHOULD HIS PARENTS BE WADHURST]

Their daughter, Mary, may be the one living with Philadelphia HILDER at Horsted Green:

  • Philadelphia HILDER (72) widow, born Rotherfield
  • Mary HILDER (9) granddaughter, born Horsted Keynes.

In 1901 Anne was living with Charles Sharp HILLS (housekeeper).

Joseph LANGRIDGE is almost certainly Mary Ann's father and Albert G possibly her nephew.
