Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. All prices are quoted ex studio.
2. There are normally additional charges: packaging, transport or postage, and insurance.
3. Packaging: For most items a standard charge of £5 applies.
4. Transport.
   • Platters (approx 40 cm, 750 grams): £7 per item.
   • Jewellery: £2 per order.
   Goods are despatched by surface carriers.

5. Insurance.
   • £3 for items valued up to £200
   • Over £200 please enquire
6. Payment is by cheque made out to WOW Workshops.
7. Currencies accepted are £ sterling, $ US, and Euros.
   Currencies other than £ sterling, add 5% to the total payable.
    At present the rates of exchange are $1.50 per £, Euro E1.60 per £.
8. At present VAT (sales tax) is not payable.
   Overseas customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes.
9. If paintings are purchased, clients may discuss framing services with Sarah James Glass.
10. Goods found damaged on receipt should be returned in the original packaging and by the same carrier. A full refund will normally be paid.
11. Clients wishing to return items because not satisfied with them should discuss terms with Sarah James Glass beforehand. Where goods have been produced to the client's specification, a full refund will usually not be made.
12. Clients wishing to collect (or arrange collection of) items from the studio should arrange an appointment in advance. You will be warmly received with a cup of tea and a slice of cake!
