Eleanor Nesbitt presented her Report, which was accepted.
Minute 2 Treasurer's Report
David Fish presented his Report, which was accepted.

The following members were appointed to the Council:

Minute 4 Appointment of Independent Examiner
It was agreed that David Simpson be appointed to examine the accounts for the year ending December 31st, 2005.
