| Bookings are from 2pm Saturday to 10am Saturday, and we require a 40% deposit at the time of booking, unless the holiday is less than four weeks away from the time of booking, in which case the full amount is required. We also ask for an additional £100 security deposit, due just before tenants’ visits and usually returnable immediately afterwards, as security against excessive breakages or damage.
