Senator Travel is a family run business, established in 1991. We aim to combine the best elements of experienced guiding with high quality chauffeuring.

Over the years, we have served all manner of clients, from retired couples to heads of multi-national companies. We are proud to receive recommendations and referrals from previous customers, the local tourist offices, and from leading travel agencies in America specializing in Tours of Britain.

Helping you plan your itinerary, and offering suggestions for accommodation is all part of the service. Tours are tailored to your specific interests, and conducted at your preferred pace.

Your guide can answer questions on a wide range of subjects, helping you to appreciate your visit to the full. History, Architecture, Wildlife and Countryside, are just some of the areas of expertise about which he can enlighten you in an informal way.

The other duty of a driver-guide is to act as a mindful host, looking after your interests. Our main driver/guide is Christopher, who can soon establish a rapport with all age groups.
Senator Travel drivers all hold an Advanced Motoring qualification. Our cars are top-of-the-range luxury and executive models. Plus, we have years of experience guiding. There are other companies offering ‘Heritage’ Tours, but they cannot match this combination of cars, qualification and experience, plus the daily mileage allowance is not as generous.
