Is this track called 'Husan' by Bald 'n' Spikey (or 'Spikey')?
There does seem to be evidence for different mixes of this song using the original Peugeot track but I would like to know the story behind this. Drop me an e-mail if you know.

Jon on the board has confirmed that this tune samples the music used in the advert. Therefore the Bangra Knights didn't compose the music. As Peugeot have confirmed it was specially written but if you wish to hear more of the tune in a different form then check out the Knights.

Interestingly the comments suggest that the Knights have sampled the music used in the Peugeot advert. If true, this means the original music was very probably specially composed but now has been picked up by a third party and incorporated into a full track.
If anyone gets this then do feel free to drop a line to me saying what you thought about it or post to the board.

Just tried the Juno records link again and I can't see the 12" anymore. According to their FAQ records will go out of stock and then don't get listed anymore. They may come back into stock. The audio clip above still works.

Ian e-mails me to say that that the song is called 'Bangra Knights' by Bangra Knights featuring Raul and is out on 12" vinyl.
Given the continuing lack of info on Raja Mushtaq's minimal site I think we can discount him as the source of this music.
