Release film for wing skin pre-bonding

About to pre-bond wing skin

About to pre-bond wing skin: 2007-11-13.

Nikon Coolpix 8400

The underside of the skin has been masked off with polyethylene sheet to stop it adhering to the ribs, and around each rib more polyethylene sheet is taped on to catch any Redux that squeezes out and drips off. The skin is hinged to the spar with masking tape for easy positioning, but correct alignment is ensured by a cleco at each end of the skin. Just visible near the angled rib is the hole in the root rib flange for one cleco.
