Isaac Street is the first address in Liverpool identified for our Smiths. George Milne Smith, born in Aberdeen in 1859 was living at 66 Isaac Street in Liverpool 8 in 1881 aged 22. He was living there with his married sister Euphemia Barron nee Smith and her family and he was still single and working as an engine fitter.

Number 66 is one of a small number of houses that have been rebuilt in Isaac Street and is the leftmost of the newer houses with brick upper story in the photo here.
