Performing a heart transplant on my computer. I've inherited a second machine which is of a similar type, and swapped the memory around so that instead of 768Mb I now have a "massive" 1Gb. What do you mean - did it work? Of course it worked; you can read this can't you? Actually, at first it didn't work - the computer couldn't see the new memory module. I re-seated it, then the computer couldn't see any memory at all, and failed to boot up. I almost needed a heart transplant of my own.
