There are many resources on the Internet which are valuable to a well connected Risk Manager. In this day and age, when the Risk Manager is expected to have a broad role in helping his or her organisation to manage business risk, it is necessary for those of us in the profession ( and it is an emerging profession ) to have some knowledge in a wide range of areas including insurance, health and safety, environmental, disaster recovery and contingency planning, ergonomics, security, commercial law, internal control, derivatives and other sources of business risk.
The RiskList is designed to help Risk Managers find relevant starting points and risk resources on the Internet for their research.

A bit of a makeover for RiskList in January 2003, discontinuing frames which were implemented in 1999. New links are being added, some outdated ones have already been removed. The frequency of updates, having been exceptionally long recently, may improve. Watch this space! After all the world is not becoming any less risky...
