Slightly above average.

Salinger, Margaretta - Michelangelo: The Last Judgment. Beaverbrook Newspapers, not dated, 1960s. 14¼" x 10¾", card covers with heavy paper wrapper covered overall in cellophane, softback. This comprises 16 (inc. the plate on the front of the wrapper) tipped-in colour plates on sepperate mounts (with a short description on the verso of the next plate) plus 5pp of text on 'The Last Judgment'. The only text on the plate-mount is the plate number in the form of 'PLATE TWO', but this is covered by the plate. Mostly disbound, slight wear to cellophane, plates fine. Would make an excellent set for framing.

Illustrated with a colour frontispiece and with monochrome photographs throughout. Very slight bump to top-front corner; very good (no inscriptions, not ex-library) complete with very good (wear to foot of spine, slight edge-wear) wrapper, not price-cut. Not much use, other than historical, for prices but contains a wealth of information and illustrations.

Short inscription on front-free endpaper, verying degress of foxing (plates uneffected), mostly very slight to zero but several pages quite heavy, generally very good, no wrapper.
