Over the weekend of 14th / 15th February, His Eminence Metropolitan John visited the parish of St. Aidan. He held a meeting with parishioners after Great Vespers which was well attended and covered a lot of useful ground in liturgical matters and a concern for mission. On the Sunday morning before the Hierarchical Liturgy, Sayedna John tonsured Benedict Broomhead as a Reader and ordained Peter Bateman as a Subdeacon. His visit was a great blessing to the whole parish. Many Years Master!
