In Espoo today, Timo TOMPURI threw the discus 65.13m
which is both a new personal best and achieves the
Olympic qualification standard set by the Finnish
NOC.

Tompuri's throw is the fourth best Finnish performance
ever and the best since Ari Huumonen came fourth in
1983 World Championships in Helsinki.
