A normal budgerigar can not be split for Dominant Pied. It either shows it or it is just a normal budgerigar . As you can see from the chart when you breed S.F to S.F you get a percentage of
D.F. When you breed D.F to D.F you are guaranteed Dominant Pieds but the pied markings start to disappear on the wings and the body.
