Here is a list of the released and very-soon-to-be-released versions of epssplit:
- Version 1.1.0:
Updated script to read prologs and stuff correctly. Also reads
non-encapsulated postscript, although this feature is experimental
(requires more testing).
- Version 1.0.3:
New home! And some minor changes, IIRC.
- Version 1.0.2:
- Bugfixes, particularly relating to the Landscape handling.
- Should be installable via a symlink in path (experimental). I.e., somewhere
in your path you put a symlink pointing to the main script, and the script uses
the link to figure out where it lives so that it can load all its modules.
- New -? help option and other minor things.
- Many more paper sizes, and it can list them, too.
- In the docs, I have abandoned
gifs since free
software should have free documentation, too. So I distribute them as JPGs
and PNGs. (However, I somehow managed to give the images a funny background
colour. Fix next time.)
- And I really have to automate the build-distribution-from-CVS
procedure, this takes much too long time.
- Version 1.0.1:
Minor changes, mostly in the option handling code. And in the documentation.
- Version 1.0:
epssplit now writes cropmarks (by default), and a label on each
generated image. The way the output files are numbered has also been
changed to the Only Sensible Way (tm). Some internal changes,
too. Not many. Hopefully I didn't break anything...
- Version 0.6:
Fixing (hopefully) the bugged `-mar' switch from 0.5. There were some weird
code that should have been removed.
- Version 0.5:
Scaling options built in. Either scaling by a given factor, or so that the
generated image span a certain number of pages in width or height.
- Version 0.4:
Some bugs fixed.
- Version 0.3:
First public version of epssplit.
What will happen to epssplit?
