
First Leicester and it's predecessors have never been big on Allover adverts. But one of the few that has gained one is Dominator 98 seen here advertising the Leicester Festivals website.
Volvo B6 421 (along with 422) Started life working for Greater Manchester but after only a year was sold to Eastern Counties and came to Leicester from Norwich in 1999.
422 came to Leicester with twin 421 and as Leicester was still having one or two false starts with a new livery at the time they entered service still in Eastern Counties Livery.
424 Started life working as a shuttlebus at Gatwick Airport (hence the rather generous luggage racks). It was sold to Capital citybus in 1996 and after a few years ambling around North East London it came to Leicester in 1999.
425 was one of half a dozen Volvo B6' which started life working for Yorkshire Rider in Huddersfield before moving to Eastern Counties 4 years later in 1998 and after a very brief stay five of them moved on again to Leicester.
Northern Counties bodied 430 was built as a "one off" for Thamesway but subsequently moved to Eastern Counties and then on to Leicester. Like the rest of the Vehicles aquired in 1999 and 2000 it entered service still in it's last operators livery.
Falcon 614 is the only Saloon to carry an Advertising Livery which in the case advertises Reg Vardy's Volkeswagen dealership. This vehicle ran for a while in allover Silver before the adver was applied leading to various speculation as to why it had been painted silver.
Due to First Leicester being undecided about a future colour scheme 723 was placed into service in it's previous owners Red and Grey livery.
