We promised we wouldn't talk about really famous people, but we wanted to share this with you, dear reader.

Last week (1/9/00) I, Skye, was minding my own business rushing to get home from work (yes, I work), when this man came up to me and asked if I'd like to see a film with Denzel Washington in it. I looked at him in that "You're obviously a fool, maybe even a dangerous fool, so you'd better get out of my way before I run like the wind or scream blue murder". You know how you can convey all that in one look? At that point, he obviously thought it would be a good idea to explain himself. He was from a market research company and needed people to go to a private screening of the new Denzel Washington film and give an opinion on it. Well, personally, I can take Denzel or leave him (too many teeth!), but Greer and some of my other friends are great fans, so I agreed to go along. We went along last Tuesday - the place was packed because it was a free event - and we had a lovely time. I spent much of the film with people talking across me (my friends who had never met before) saying how lovely he was and what a great walk (?!) he's got. Please, ladies, watch the film!!!! If you get the chance go and see it - it's called "Remember the Titans" - nice film, nice message. Hey, we even got to give our opinions on it - and you know how much we like giving our opinion!
