GUIDANCE NOTES FOR WELCOMERS
Please collect the "welcomers weekend box" from the sacristy when it is your turn to welcome. All the items needed for welcoming and distribution are found in this box apart, occasionally, from the parish bulletins which are too bulky to fit in.
Also in the box you will find the Mass attendance sheet and a clicker to count those coming to Mass. All adults and children are to be counted on entering the church. Please get someone to do the counting for you if you are too busy as things can get hectic at times. It is omportant to record the attendance on the sheet provided. This is a requirement of the Archdiocese and weekly attendance figures need to be published in the wekly bulletin.
There is a pouch for any Mass intentions, letters or other items that need to be forwarded to the parish office.
Please return the box to the sacristy after the 11.00 a.m. Mass and leave the welcoming table and area neat and tidy with hymn book stands returned to the manin body of the church.
Please be aware that we now have Polish Order of Service sheets available as well as the readings of the week. These need to be returned to the welcomers.
