- What are the system requirements for BQuick?
You need a computer running a 32 bit version of Microsoft Windows, with the visual basic runtime files. A modem is required for Quite Right, and Internet Explorer 4 is required for Qui browse.
- Where can I get the visual basic runtime files?
You can download them for free from Microsoft's web site, the
address is: http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q235/4/20.asp
- I get an error when trying to spell check in Quick Note
You need Microsoft Word to spell check, we have only tested it with Word 2000, so if you have Word 97, please tell us if it works.
- I am having problems with Quite Write
There are many problems that can arise, if you could email
our support address with the
full details, we will try and help you fix it.
- A missing file is reported while installing.
It's likely you don't have the Visual Basic runtime files,
visit
this site to download and install them. Once you have installed them and
restarted your computer, run the BQuick setup again. If you still encounter
problems, contact us and we'll
try and help.
- While using B-Quick, I am presented with a runtime error.
This is probably an error in the program's code that we
don't know about. Please email us telling us the exact error number, and the
circumstances so we can put it right for the next version.
