| Mar 002: At last, the new album is in sight for
release in the rock n roll isles. Golden
Hum is due out on Elektra
Records on March 18th. Remy Zero don't sound
American, they sound international and have rapport with UK alternative rock bands they
have supported like Travis and Radiohead. It's no
surprise that although they only had a trickle of UK fans in 1999, that trickle has grown
to a flow by 2002. Good news for anybody who is dying to see them play over here again.
The Agmeister has already declared Golden Hum one of the albums of the
year. They recently picked up an ace live review in Kerrang for their
London Borderline low key gig. Darn, I was abroad and missed them. Story of my Remy

14th: RZ perform live on KCRW's "Morning
Becomes Eclectic". There will be two 15 minute performances and an interview.
KCRW is based in Santa Monica, but broadcasts on the web at http://www.kcrw.com . Between 9 and 10 AM they
will also play a recorded version of a new RZ song.
5:00 PM (PST) RZ will be chatting live online from the Key Club
in Hollywood before that night's performance. The chat will be with
Communities.com. You may want to check out their website or http://www.thepalace.com (their chat
software site) to make sure you have any software you may need prior to the chat. There
will be a webcam on hand as well for the chat.
