Course Book: Avenida Brasil 1 (text and exercise books). You can find these books at LCL , 104-106 Judd St (Tel: 0207 837 0486), WC1H 9HN or Grant & Cutler, 55-57 Great Marlborough St, W1V 2AY (Tel: 020 7734 2012). You can order by phone, pay by credit card and they will deliver them to you. It costs about £33. If you wish to buy the books in person, please call the bookshop(s) beforehand to check their availability in stock.
