Re: Braben Libel Action for Bell Interview on Games Domain Internet Site

Two days ago Mr Braben's libel action against me was settled out-of-court 
in an agreement (enclosed) between him and myself. I shall not be making 
any payment of damages to Mr Braben. Mr Braben has agreed to pay his own 
costs.

I wish however to reassert my position that the copyright messages on the 
Frontier games fail to acknowledge the copyright owned by me in the 
Frontier games arising from their inclusion of Elite elements. In order
to clarify the matter we will now seek to have an account taken of all
royalties due because of the inclusion of Elite copyright materials in
the Frontier games

I happy that the matter of this libel action is now closed.
