a.    Always end with some low, slow, relaxed notes.

b.    I tend to end my sessions by playing down to the pedal register.

c.    Empty out any condensation from your trumpet before shutting it into its case.

d.   Are you satisfied with what you've achieved? Could you have done something better. Aim to achieve this next time when you set your goal....
