Rail Outing to York via Leeds
Wednesday September 20th 2000.

Several members have expressed an interest in visiting the  National Railway Museum at York (which is free to over 60's !.) plus a reduced entry fee for  groups of 5 people under 60. The City also offers plenty of shopping opportunities for the   ladies plus The Yorvik Experience, The Minster and many other attractions.

A social outing is the aim using the Northern Spirit services  throughout giving us a clear five hours in York
