This
page isn't about instructing you what to do in the event of an accident. I just
believe that all pilots should have a good understanding of the principles of
first aid. The sport can be very unforgiving and the right action at the right
time may save some ones life.
Get yourself a qualification from a nationally recognised organisation, e.g. St Johns Ambulance, or Red Cross. Alternatively, attend a first aid course run by flying clubs/schools that will put emphasis on the problems we would encounter on the hill. You can do the latter by contacting Butterfly Paragliding.
