I've been building this X7 for the past 3 years (on + off), one day
it might even be finished...

Engine: Re-Bored 250cc X7 Unit, Oversize +.0025"
Standard oversize pistons, rings + scrapers.
Head split in half for easier strip-down + polished / skimmed.
Ported and polished inlet / exhaust ports.
Designed to run racing plugs.
Stainless Steel Allen bolts throughout.
Carbs: RGV250 Flat-Slide Carbs, re-Jetted for X7.
Polished alloy trumpet air filters.
Pre-filtered with in-line alloy fuel filters.
Frame: Standard X7 Frame, braced at rear and de-lugged.
Powder coated Gloss Black.
Swinging Arm: Box section, approx 1" shorter than standard.
Exhaust: RG250 Racing pipes welded to standard X7 downpipes.
Matt black with Alloy End Cans.
Wheels/Tyres: Standard X7 wheels with 130/17 rear and 110/17 front tyres.
Polished with spokes painted black.
Brakes: Standard single caliper front with drilled disc and sintered pads. Standard rear with drilled / vented drum.
Suspension: Polished Forks.
Uprated front with Fork Brace.
Koni adjustable rear.
Chain/Drive: Gold-Link O' Ring chain with polished alloy, lightened + drilled front + rear sprockets.
Other: Eddie Lawson Racing seat.
Oil pump removed, running pre-mix.
Polished top-yoke, Clip-on handlebars.
Fibreglass front mudguard.
Polished alloy rear-sets.
