    Lunch
  • Cornish pasty
  • 1 pack ready salted crisps
  • 1 Snickers bar

    Dinner
  • Full size tin - All day breakfast
  • 1 x Crunchy nut bar
  • ½ size tin Fruit cocktail

    Day 2
    Breakfast
  • ½ size tin Beans & sausages
  • 1 x Fruit & nut musli bar

    Lunch
  • 2 x ½ size sausage rolls
  • 1 pack ready salted crisps
  • 1 Snickers bar

  • Snack/spare food
  • 1 Snickers bar
  • 1 Pack unsalted nuts
  • 1 x Fruit & nut musli bar
  • 1 x pepperami

    Drinks pack
    Hot drink to be had with b-fast and Dinner.
    Thermos to be filled after breakfast.
    Drinking water also to be carried
  • 3 x tea bags
  • 2 x sachet of instant coffee powder
  • 1 x cup-a-soup
  • 4 x sugar sachets
  • 2 x milk powder sachets
