To the register appointed by act of Parliament
for registring Deeds Leases and so forth
A Memorial of an indented deed dated the sixth
day of March one thousand seven hundred and forty six whereby
Florence FitzPatrick of Cloonagoon? in the Queens County Gent
did demise and set unto William Gillburne of said Cloonagoone
farmer that yard and parcell of the lands of said Cloonagoone
then in said William's possession in as full and ample manner
as he then held and enjoyed same to hold to said William
Gillburne his exrs admors and assigns with the appurt'ces
from the twenty fifth day of March aforesaid during the? term
of twenty one years [at?] the yearly rent of seven shillings
ster for every acre plantation meas and contained in
the said demised Prem'es together with sixpence per? pound
receivers fees clear of all taxes except quit and crown
rent to be paid in moietively on every twenty ninth Septem &?
twenty fifth of March during said term which said
indented deed is witnessed by Patrick Rafter of Coonagoun
in the Queens County Gent and Thady? FitzPatrick
of Cloonagoodin in said County Gent and this Mem'l
is also witnessed by the said Patrick Rafter and Hugh
Reynolds of the City of Dublin Gent. Wm Gillburne {seal}
signed and sealed in the presence of Pat Rafter
Hugh Reynolds. The above named Patrick Rafter
maketh oath ...
NOTES. Florence FitzPatrick is MALE, 3rd Baron of Upper Ossory. Thady FitzPatrick is his son and became 4th Baron.
