Booking deposit is 20% of rental price, the balance being due 50 days prior to commencement of holiday. Please note that
a fully refundable 'surety deposit' of £350.00* is required 2 weeks
in advance of your stay. The said deposit will be cleared and held until
after your departure, whereupon it will be refunded in full if there
has been no damage to the said property and/or the fixtures and furnishings
