Malvern won their first match in October against Halesowen and never looked back. They shared the lead only in the first part of November when they were briefly joined by Halesowen and Kidderminster. Malvern regained sole lead by beating first Kidderminster and then drew further ahead with a win against Worcester City. The latter team were clearly off the pace and City gained their first match points only at the end of January with their sole win against Kidderminster. Malvern had clinched the title by the end of February, finishing off in fine style by beating Halesowen in the last match of the season.
