Malvern Take the Championship!

Malvern Dolfins cruised to a comprehensive Division 1 League Championship. They won every match and dropped only 6½ game points in the season. Division 2 was evenly contested and Worcester City ran out winners. Full results are available here.

President Wins Bennett Cup

President Maurice Bissell (Kidderminster), one of the Worcestershire's top players took top prize in the Bennet Cup at the first attempt. The much lower graded, Giles Stanton (Redditch) overcame John Wrench (Kidderminster) and looked to provide a serious challenge, but Giles succumbed in the finals.

Malvern win 2007- 8 Knock-Out Cup

In a match played 24 September 2008, Malvern scored a full house take the title against the second division Kidderminster Pawns.
