|Where to eat & drink
Aux Armes De Bruxelles
True Brussels eating experience. My favourite in Brussels
In 't Spinnekopke
Old coaching inn with brilliant beer and food.
Try their unique eating experience.
A very nice cafe for a quick meal and drink
Bar with a very nice atmosphere.
Rue St Catherine. Nearest metros are St Catherine or Bourse
Try this excellent family run bar/restaurant in the St Catherine area. This a place where locals eat and drink, reflected in the menu and the prices. There are the usual steaks and moules frites, but you can try other typical Brusselois fare such as Anguilles au Vert (eels in green sauce and nicer than it sounds), Stoemp and even horse! This is a very friendly, real place and well worth a try.
