With its electric cooker,dishwasher and microwave,the kitchen contains everything required for holiday cooking and dining.Ample room for food preparation,the kitchen also includes a large table and chairs with a large bright picture window overlooking the unusual well and gardens.


The roomy lounge, with its sky lights and picture window, is tastefully furnished and decorated. High ceilings and cool tiled floors means this is a perfect retreat on those hot summer afternoons. Large French doors open up onto the landscaped gardens and guests private swimming pool. Satellite TV and various boardgames in the highly unlikely event that it rains!!
Off the lounge is a useful modern wetroom/wc, ideal for easy use direct from the pool and garden.

The quirky mezzanine double bedroom overlooks the lounge.Lovely and bright with its skylight and windows fashioned out of the original pigeon-holes.
The master bedroom contains a en-suite shower and wc.This beautiful very private room,with its large fireplace,has views overlooking the pool and gardens.
The third bedroom contains two single beds,together with a further bed which can be easily converted from a single to double. This room is favoured by parents for their children with easy access from the main bedroom.


The gite is fully protected with smoke alarms,fire extinguishers and safety ladders.


The custom built tiled swimming pool sits close to the gite set within the fully enclosed walled garden,with its numerous trees,plants and flowers. Protected with alarm system,as per French government regulations.
A two acre meadow with uninterrupted views across vast fields,its mowed pathways ideal for adults and children alike.

A vast open barn contains the table tennis table and with boules and croquet on site there is plenty to keep the children occupied while you slumber in the hammock.
