NOTE: The wallpapers are provided in .JPG format rather than the normal .BMP format in order to conserve space and ensure that the download is quick. These images are around 10x smaller than their equivalent .BMP versions. Therefore you need to carry out the following easy steps to set the picture as your wallpaper...
Once you have clicked the download button
the picture will open in a separate browser
window. Once it has finished displaying, you need to RIGHT-CLICK the image and select SAVE AS WALLPAPER as shown below...
EITHER - (if your PC supports it) - the easiest way.
OR.. to save the image or set it up as wallpaper manually...
(1) Do as above, but choose the SAVE PICTURE AS option and save it to your local PC's WINDOWS directory: e.g.(C:\WINDOWS or C:\WINNT)

(2) Once it has been saved, you need to minimise all the windows and programs on your PC so you can see you PC desktop. Once you can, RIGHT-CLICK the desktop to display the following menu...

(3) - Select the PROPERTIES from the Desktop Menu to display the screen properties dialog as shown below...

(4) The DISPLAY PROPERTIES Dialog (RIGHT) - allows you to modify various settings. The first TAB is BACKGROUND which is the background wallpaper of your PC.

If the wallpaper were in .BMP format, you could scroll through the list to locate it...

In this example I will refer to the file FEBRUARY.JPG as our wallpaper image

(5) Now locate the file you saved - here it is our example file FEBRUARY.JPG... once you have found it click the OPEN button.

(6) Now you a see the selected file displayed... You ca choose to STRETCH it to fit your desktop, or CENTER or TILE. I would recommend CENTER.
click APPLY and OK. Your desktop will now have the image set as the wallpaper until you decide to change it again.

(7) - DONE. The finished wallpaper image on the desktop.

Note - your screen instructons may vary slightly depending on your operating system.
