Coming soon...
A big route around Derbyshire available as a guide and with a GPS route for
Garmin GPS owners available as a download from this site.
This section is new and doesn't yet have much info.
Read my review of the
Kawasaki KLX300. Or check out the first ROUTE - well a small one - but
has some smart bits to play on.
See the ROUTES Section complete with piccies
and map!

Pretty much first time out in the woods I bent the
stock bars. They are crap bars anyway. Also the handguards are next to useless
for anything other then small twigs. Time to replace:
Renthal Handlebars (31") - about 2" shorter
than stock bars - about £30
Acerbis Handguards with metal reinforcement and mounts about £48
Fender bag for tools about £15
C02 Tyre Inflator about £12
New Grips about £5
So what spares does a new KLX 300R come with?
After registration with Kawasaki UK, you receive a pack with your Team Green
membership card, and associated literature, a catalogue of Kawasaki accessories,
and a form to return for your kit.
The kit contents:
11013-1260 Element-Air Filter
11060-1326 Gasket - Generat (0J)
11060-1325 Gasket - Clutch (0I)
11060-1327 Gasket -Transmi (1B)
92055-1577 Gasket - Ring-O (1D) x 2
52010-1053 Element Oil Filter (1A) x 5
11060-1635 Gasket (0H)

92063-1075 Main Jet
42092-1110 Lever Clutch x 2 (0L)
42092-1186 Lever Front Brake (0L)
I was surprised at two sets of levers!
A sprocket set would have been nice, and the FIVE oil filters!!! - are they
trying to tell me something about the KLX!...

Clare has just passed her CBT test and has got her first 125

Clare's new bike (so

Good bike for a learner wanting to tackle easy lanes

I chose the KLX after visiting a friend of Kieron's - Thanks to Phil Smith for his advice and letting me have a look a his KLX300.
