SEAL 2008

 The South East Area Luncheon 2008 - organised by Area 13 - will be held at the spectacular Town Hall in Reading, on Saturday March 15th. This event will be raising money for ShelterBox and Berkshire Women's Aid.  Tickets for this event are still available, for details see below.

The speaker at this year's South East Area Lunch will be Sally Kettle.  Sally was one half of the first mother and daughter team ever to row the Atlantic ocean.  Undaunted, Sally returned to the Atlantic ocean as skipper of The Rowgirls, a four woman team hell bent on setting several world records and beat the fastest time for the Atlantic crossing to Antigua.  If you would like to know more about Sally and The Rowgirls, please visit Sally Kettle's website.

Berkshire Women's Aid

Each year Berkshire Women's Aid is contacted by over five thousand women fearing or experiencing abuse at home or in a relationship.
