Ilios
Centre is in Western Greece, near the small harbour of Syvota, facing
the south tip of Corfu.
It’s perched above a beach and small island, with magnificent views
over the Ionian Sea.

It’s
a short walk down to the
beach and the centre has its
own swimming pool. |
There is a beautiful yoga room where we will meet twice a day for yoga
and on occasion for evening meditation.
Massage and
other therapies
will be available.

The rooms are en-suite, air-conditioned and have there own balcony.

There are several very pleasant small coves and beaches within easy reach, most of which have a taverna or two.

A short drive will take you to Syvota, an attractive resort, from where there are boat trips to some of the Ionian Islands.
|
The region of Epirus is green and mountainous with important archaeological sites
such as ancient Dodona.
