Three CATTLE EGRETS were present together at Castle Marshes on the 24th, with just one again on the 25th. Four GREAT WHITE EGRETS were at Breydon South Wall Marshes on the 24th, with two on the 25th.

Two ROUGH-LEGGED BUZZARDS were at Haddiscoe Island on the 23rd with one still present on the 25th.

Haddiscoe Island also held a PENDULINE TIT on the 25th, seen and heard near Tofts Monk Mill.

A RING-NECKED PARAKEET continued to visit Nicholas Everitt Park regularly up to the 23rd.

CATTLE EGRET Bubulcus ibis
The
adult was prsent at Carlton Marshes throughout the month, though as its favourite white cattle have now left for their winter home, it is now following the remaining cattle on the fields between the main track and the Share Marsh track but can be hidden in the long vegetation at times.

Presumably the same individual was seen at nearby North Cove on the afternoon of the 11th and at Castle Marshes on the 12th.

On the 24th three were present together at Carlton Marshes, then back to just one on the 25th, but at least two were there on the 30th.
