DAK and Italian theatre tank crews
The GAK 1 are full length figures specifically designed for open turret ring models as having a full body length gives them better stability. They can of course be cut down ( about mid thigh length, wire cutters best ) to fit other styles of vehicles.
The pictures above have just about all the variations available in the packs. Should be click to enlarge though no grantee at this point as haven’t done them all. ( its a pain to do) Models are from Plastic Soldier Company assembled and painted by THE TANK GARAGE
Stummel crews
THESE FIGURES ARE DESIGNED AS CREW FOR VARIOUS ‘STUMMEL’ ARMED VEHICLES. THE 233S HAVE SPECIFIC CREW FIGURES FOR COMMANDERS/GUN LAYERS AS THEY WERE IN A SEATED POSITION. FIGURES FROM THE VARIOUS SETS CAN BE MIXED IN LOTS OF VARIATIONS

The panzerjacke depicted in these figures is a light cotton denim outfit, produced in Field grey/green ( the SS seem to have had a version coloured ‘steel grey’) and a more green hue. Collar patches and shoulder boards were normally worn. It was also produced in various camo schemes for the SS. Heer produced a camo version but it saw limited issue apparently. Collar patches were not normally worn on camo versions. You can also paint it as the standard black version though this not worn by open vehicle crews. Thes figures are depicted wearing the SS cut of tunic but you can get away with it being the Heer version.
