A superb silk mid-sized  kente with the "Oyokoman" warp striped pattern associated with the matrilineage of the Asante king, the Asantehene. Supplementery weft float patterns fill every available space in a style known as as "adwineasa" or "fullness of ornament." Dates from first half of the C20th and is in excellent condition.
