Measurement: approx 113ins x 71ins, 288cm x 181cm.

Large and beautiful men's sized wrapper cloth  in superb condition. This style of Bondoukou cloth shows the clearest affinities to Ewe and Asante textiles in Ghana, particularly in the pattern layout. However the differences emerge in the use of hand spun indigo thread for the ground weave, and in the range of supplementary weft float motifs. Dates from mid C20th and is in excellent condition.
