Superb version of the classic adire eleko design known as "Olokun" or "sea goddess". The general connotation of this cloth design was of wealth and good fortune, making it one of the most prized adire styles.  Dates to around the 1960s. Has a couple of faint marked areas  from use (as shown in detail photo) but otherwise is in excellent condition.
